Electrical Technician

“Hands on Work” perform electrical work building and overseeing the assembly of
control cabinets, panel boards, etc. The technician will wire /rewire electrical cabinets
and components. The technician will also be capable to troubleshoot control circuits.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum – high school graduate.
Minimum 2-3 years Ladder Logic and programming of PLC’s.
Prior electrical background with hands-on experience required. Journeyman’s
license helpful.

Level 1,2,3 Maintenance

Installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and other related systems in the plant.

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Vocational School Training Preferred
Welding proficiency in MIG and Stick
Cutting & Piping experience
Plumbing and electrical work
Possess basic 480 electrical skills

Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees and inspects work for completeness.

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of Supervisory experience and industrial equipment and plant repair
technology.

Load Out Operator

The Loadout Operator is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing.

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School diploma.
Experience in loader operation and maintenance.

Process Operator

The Process Operator is responsible for the operation of the computer controlled process
equipment, cooker, machinery, and evaluation of any process problems in addition to performing
product quality testing.

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum one (1) year prior experience in a manufacturing facility or production
environment preferred.

Grease Processor

The Grease Processor is responsible for any aspect of processing our raw material into a finished product. This will include evaluation of any process problems in addition to performing product quality testing.

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum one (1) year prior experience in a manufacturing facility or production
environment preferred.

Utility Worker

The Utility Worker is responsible for cleanliness of plant and equipment.

Education/Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Truck Dumper

The Truck Dumper is responsible for safely dumping trucks into assigned areas.

Education/Experience Preferred

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in operating a yard tractor or equivalent training preferred.

Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the effective implementation, preparation and overseeing of the food safety plan, validation of the preventive controls, review of records, and reanalysis of the food safety plan for the Byram, MS facility.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Science, or related degree preferred;
3 years of experience in Manufacturing, QA, QC, or R&D—Food or Pharma;
